Senior Sales Executive – Modern Trade

Department: Sales
Location: Phnom Penh, Warehouse 4

Main Responsibilities

– Deliver business goal as per assigned territory

– Deliver Modern Trade fundamentals (Share of shelve, Share of contribution, Productivity, Active stores, CSL, Credit Control)

– Deliver an excellent execution marketing plan (Monthly promotion plan, event activities, visibilities)

– Ability to negotiate trading terms with customers

– Ability to align monthly promotion plan with key accounts

– Track spending under assigned territory

– Monthly connect with Key accounts to review business and share a monthly goal

– Lead team (Merchandiser) to achieve the common business goal

– Design route plan for Sellers and Merchandisers

– Full responsibility & good relationship to build a business growth

– High capability to build & work closely & design promotion Plan & Join set up promotion event at Key accounts store.

Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or relevant major

– At least 2-3 years of experience in MT channel

– Good command of English

– Strong persuasive communication skills

– Understanding and interpretation of data

– Good problem-solving skills

– Strong ability to handle objections

– Ability to present features and benefits to customers

– High initiative and follow-through skills
